FAQ
Can I earn points if I don’t live at a Bilt Alliance Property?
Yes! Even if you rent outside of the Bilt Rewards Alliance, you can still use Bilt to earn points on rent with the Bilt Mastercard®. Earn 1x on Rent (up to 50,000 points annually), 2x on travel, 3x on dining, and 1x on all other spend with the card. As long as your landlord uses an online payment portal or accepts checks, you can use Bilt with no transaction fees!
How do I know if my property is part of the Bilt Alliance?
The quickest way to find out is by asking your property manager / on-site teams. You can also email us at support@biltrewards.com. Note, you should have received a personalized invite from your property manager if you’re renting from a Bilt Alliance Property.
What are my Bilt Points redeemable for?
You can redeem your points for travel with over 100+ airlines and hotels, future rent payments, fitness classes, and even a downpayment on a home. You can view all of these rewards and redeem your points in the Bilt Rewards app.
