Double Points
On the first of every month, in addition to earning 1X points on rent, Bilt Mastercard® cardholders can double their earnings on other purchases.¹⁰ Here’s the breakdown:
6X Bilt Points on dining¹⁰
4X Bilt Points on travel (flights, hotels, and car rentals)¹⁰
2X Bilt Points on other purchases (excluding rent)¹⁰
Cardholders will earn double points on the above categories up to 10,000 Bilt Points, and will also continue to earn 1x Bilt Points on their rent payments when paying with the Bilt Mastercard® beginning at 12 am ET until 11:59 pm PT.²
Cardholders must use the card 5 times each statement period to earn Bilt Points.²

Rent Free Game Show & Giveaway
As an addition to Rent Day, we introduced Rent Free, a new game show where popular creators and personalities play to help our Members win free rent.
Each month we ask 1,000 Bilt Members some spicy hypothetical questions. The better our guest plays, the more rent we’ll pay… up to 10 winners each month.
Then we turn the tables and let players see how well they know their fellow Bilt Members by submitting guesses to a question. If they can guess correctly, they’ve secured an entry for the chance to win free rent.
SoulCycle Rent Day Rides
On the first of the month, Bilt Members can book complimentary bikes at every SoulCycle x Bilt Rent Day Ride at studios across the country.
Book your complimentary bike directly in the Bilt App. But act fast, only 10 free bikes are available per class, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Point Quest
Earn bonus Bilt Points that you can redeem towards travel, fitness classes, rent credits, and more by participating in Bilt’s Point Quest trivia game.
Members can access the game through the Bilt app on the first of every month and answer a series of questions. For every correct answer, you’ll instantly earn bonus Bilt Points.
