Getting started with your Bilt Mastercard®

Congratulations on joining Bilt Rewards and receiving your Bilt Mastercard! Here are some tips to get you started.

Confirm your physical card

Download the Bilt Rewards app

The Bilt Rewards app lets you pay rent, see how many points you’ve earned. Most importantly, you can transfer your points to travel partners or redeem towards rent, home decor, and more.

Pay rent with Bilt

  1. Log in to our website or mobile app with your email address and password

  2. Select the ‘Pay Rent’ button then tap ‘Add Your Home’

  3. Type in your address and select the correct option from the drop-down menu

  4. Tap ‘Add unit/ apartment number’

  5. Confirm your address and unit number are correct then continue to follow in the in-app prompts 

  6. If your home is not part of the Bilt Rewards Alliance, you’ll be guided through how to set up rent payments via check.

  7. You’re now ready to earn points on your monthly rent payment!

Earn points on almost everything

Make at least 5 transactions that post each statement period to earn points on your purchases for that statement period.

Manage your Bilt Mastercard

To view your outstanding balance, statement due date, and make payments for your Bilt Mastercard, select the ‘Card’ tab in the Bilt Rewards app. 

You’ll need a Wells Fargo Online account to make a payment online. If you don’t have an account, you can enroll here.

Add an authorized user

Sign on to the Wells Fargo Credit Card Service Center and select Add Authorized Users to Your Account under Account Management. Please note you are responsible for all charges made to the card in addition to any balance transfers and cash advances made by any authorized users added to the account.
