Flying Blue, the loyalty program of Air France and KLM, runs a monthly promotion with significant discounts on award flights for specific routes, classes, and dates.
This month, on top of the discounted Promo Routes, Bilt Members can score an even sweeter deal thanks to our Rent Day promotion that doubles your Bilt Points. On May 1st, Bilt and Flying Blue are offering a 100% transfer bonus, meaning 1,000 Bilt Points become 2,000 Flying Blue Miles, 10,000 Bilt Points become 20,000 Flying Blue Miles, and so forth — getting you closer to your destination for less.
Ultimately, that means the already great deals below are cut in half for Bilt Members when you transfer your Bilt Points to Flying Blue on May 1st.

Visit the Air France or KLM website and log in using your Flying Blue account.
Select “Book with Miles” and enter your route information and dates.
All Flying Blue promo route discounts will be automatically displayed during your search when the Promo Routes launch on May 1st.
Once you’ve confirmed availability and the amount of Flying Blue Miles required for the Promo Route you want to book, transfer your Bilt Points to Flying Blue in the Bilt app
Remember that all points transfers are final, so be sure to check that your desired route has award availability and note the number of points needed **before** transferring your Bilt Points. If you don’t know when you want to travel, you can still transfer on May 1st to double your Bilt Points and wait to book a trip at a later date.
It’s important to note that most international tickets carry a variety of surcharges. Sometimes referred to as “fuel surcharges” or “carrier-imposed surcharges”, these are extra fees the airlines tack on to the actual taxes associated with your ticket. In general, carrier-imposed surcharges will be higher on Business Class award flights as opposed to Economy Class.
Availability can be limited on these promo awards. The easiest way to search for availability is to leave the date field blank and search for one-way flights. This will display an entire month’s worth of award availability. You can also check out Bilt’s Transfer Partners tool powered by Point.Me in the Bilt app to easily compare award availability.
Europe has never looked so good! To book one of these fantastic fares, all you have to do is enroll in the Flying Blue program and then transfer your Bilt Points to Air France/KLM Flying Blue in the Bilt app.
Pro tip: When you link your Bilt Rewards account to Air France/Flying Blue in the Bilt app, you’ll earn 100 bonus points.
