Jack Winthrop (born 1989) grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota and later moved to New York City to attend the School of Visual Arts. During his time in NYC and at SVA, Winthrop immersed himself in graphic design and graffiti, influences that still manifest in his fine art practice.

Today, Winthrop is based in the eclectic Venice neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. He uses mixed mediums including spray paint to create bold, captivating pieces that exude palpable energy. Winthrop lets his curiosity and subconscious guide him in the studio. His current work plays dynamically with form, shape, and composition, resulting in a bold new kind of surrealism.

Jack has created three one-of-a-kind pieces exclusively for Bilt Members. Each limited edition print is shipped ready to hang and with a certificate of authenticity.
