You can now set up automatic recurring rent payments in the app if you live in the Bilt Rewards Alliance. If you’re out of network don’t worry, this feature is coming soon.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Head to the ‘Pay rent’ tab at the bottom of your Bilt Rewards app

Step 2: Select the “Set up Autopay for rent” button

Step 3: Enable BiltProtect. (This is required to ensure that automatic payments go through each month without exceeding your credit limit)

Step 4: Check and confirm details on the screen

Step 5: Submit, sit back and keep earning points on your rent

Before enabling Autopay, make sure that your monthly rent payment amount is correct.

Autopay processes between 12PM-6PM EST

With this new feature, each rent payment will be automatically deducted from your account and submitted on the first of each month, in the full amount. We are working to customize this experience further for you.
