I don’t live in a Bilt Property. Can I still earn points on rent?
Yes! Even if you rent outside of the Bilt Rewards Alliance, you can still use Bilt to earn points on rent with the Bilt Mastercard. As long as your landlord uses an online payment portal or accepts checks, you can use Bilt with no transaction fees.
I pay rent by check / Paypal / Venmo / Zelle. Can I still use the Bilt Mastercard?
My online portal charges a fee for credit cards. Will I be charged when using the Bilt Mastercard?
Nope! If you pay through an online portal, Bilt will provide you with a Bilt Rent Account in order to pay your rent without any transaction fees. With the Bilt Rent Account, you'll use a unique checking and routing number found in the Bilt Rewards app to enter into your online portal as an ACH / e-check payment.
